Kuzi Kambing

1 packet of Rempah Giling Kuzi SERI

3 t/b of ghee

1 cup evaporated milk

1 1/4 cup of water

500 gm of chicken/beef/mutton(mixed with 1 inch of blended ginger,2 cloves of blended garlic and salt to taste,stir and fry untl halfcooked)

2 t/b of fried almond and raisins

Preparation :

1)Stir fry 1 packet of Rempah Giling with heated ghee.

2)Add in water,evaporated milk and stir until thick.

3)Add in fried chicken/beef/mutton,almond,raisins into gravy.

4) Ready to serve.
